Meh...

I'm getting the feelng this franchise isn't the one for me anymore.

I hope Franchise Mode is good.

It will build on the foundation of Madden 10.

The jump in standard from Madden 09 to Madden 10 was significant, I don't see that being replicated though I see the finer details and subtle improvements ensuring this game is at least a 9/10. Last year's title provided a strong platform from which to build, the team will do that this season and each season after Madden 10.

The additions of Gus Johnson and Locomotion are nice. But, compared to NCAA 11, I feel this game is lagging behind in the process. Though the game comes out a month earlier, so we'll see.

Theres no reason to believe they've changed anything that was truly problematic w/ m10.

Plus they only work on these games for about 5-6 months, no surprises here.

Still don't like the running animation. =(

I'm not very impressed so far at what I am seeing and hearing for Madden 11, I guess I can see where they are trying to go with the playbook ordeal by simplifying it to make it seem as if your the QB getting plays from the sideline (I think that is how it works from what I am getting from it) but it just doesn't peak my interest.
The whole shorter game play time, I could really careless to be honest the accelerated clock was a great tool for playing long games.

Right now I can see where they are trying to go with things but overall so far I don't think a more simpler, quicker game play experience is what the community is worried about with Madden. Not very impressed with Madden as I am with NCAA but it's still early so I will wait to see what else they have to offer.
