I have faithfully purchased NBA 2K since it's first launch on the Dreamcast and this development team has never let me down. In fact a few years back, when they put MJ on the cover, they blew my expectations of sports gaming out the water and every release since then has managed to do the same thing. I fell in love with "The Park" mode last season and they've made it even better this year by trying to keep size match ups even and adding more court options. I'm kind of skeptical about starting my career off as a free agent but at least you're free to choose your team, which I love. The new free lance offense looks amazing. NBA 2K has become my favorite sports franchise and the one sports game that I look forward to the most each season. Keep on pushing the boundaries 2K and eventually I'll be sitting on my couch actually be able "To Be Like Mike."

9.5 because no game is perfect... been playing 2k since 2k5 with ben wallace on the cover. i get the same excitement every year

Deepest non-sim on the market gets even deeper.

Yes, I'm just hoping that the servers will hold up. And that online league support will be better than last year. I'm not big on my player mode as much as playing leagues with mt friends.
