This game is a big ole middle finger to online gamers

Unfortunately due to the incompetence of 2K and their inability to have consistent servers for many seasons, I have requested a refund for my digital purchase and will not be taking part in playing the title until further notice.

What Next Gen is suppose to look like and feel like. Hopefully the NFL pays attention to what a realistic next gen game can do for their sport. Of course this is with me playing it on the only true next gen platform...PC. It looks delicious in 1440p. Can't wait until the Mods figure it out and starts to crank all the goodies out.

I have owned the game for 7 hours and have yet to connect to the 2k servers. I am sure this game is amazing... It has to be, right?

Definitely feels more sim to me. On defense, it's taking some getting used to but I can feel the weight of my highligted defender and see that it takes some instinct to guess where the offense is going to go bc I can see the shift and foot planting takes place.

I haven't play much yet but it feels like a different game, but obviously it feels 2K-ish.

I'm highly impressed with the AI, the computer goes for blood even on the PRO level. It really takes strategy to beat the CPU. Wade will take over if he needs to, he hits that falling fade he takes in the mid-range, Chalmers drove with no second thought, Cole was pulling 3's, Birdman got into foul trouble early and threw a fit, Parker was deadly, Duncan was slowly but precisely efficient, Leonard was a silent assassin...I Love It!

Now if I could only get my face scanned correctly...that's my only hurdle at this point.

To many things are missing or substandard for a sports game on next gen

Passing is smoother. Inbound passing is much improved. Scoring seems to easy with certain players. Need more contact in the paint. Dribbling is smoother.
