NBA 2K15 News Post

2K Sports has released the Nike Black History Month shoes for NBA 2K15. This includes BHM shoes for LeBron James (10,000 VC), Kobe Bryant (10,000 VC), Kevin Durant (10,000 VC) and Kyrie Irving (8,000 VC). You cannot equip these shoes when editing rosters.

Speaking of equipping shoes, for those of you having issues in MyCAREER mode, make sure you check out the workaround.

FYI: Another NBA 2K15 patch has not been confirmed, so a more permanent fix might not even happen. We will keep our eyes open for any news on it.

Dumb question, but is this just a 2k thing or are these actual releases?

I'd buy those Kobe's in a heartbeat...black\white is my fave combo.

They are real shoes. And on the nike website I found them under here, they are $250. And they launched in the middle of January.

Wait...why can't we just put the new shoes on custom rosters like we always did or at least let the shoes be open for everything? Dumb move 2K your headed backwards with this.

Wait, there's black history month shoes now? Don't get me wrong, they look dope, but really? I take this month less and less seriously, but i'm getting off topic now. . .

Black History Month shoes have been out for a few years but I'm not even gonna go there on this forum. Nike isn't the only company though.

You're exactly right! There's a lot of shoes that a lot of players wear in the NBA right now that are not in the game which sucks and takes away from the authenticity of the game to a degree. It's obviously not a priority for them, and no matter how much we request/complain for them to add them I highly doubt they will. Hopefully for next year.

Can't find these yet.

If you r a sneaker head your time has not come, and it probably never will. The shoe game has always been lacking for 2k, 1 of the things the other guys get right. Not sure how 2k makes such simple things so difficult. There couldn't be a shoe enthusiast on staff, that's the only excuse I can think of.

It was because they were lazy for making shoes patch...

The shoes enthusiast is actually someone very high up on the chain. You couldn't be more wrong.

It's the same for FIFA and Madden. Why would EA want to fix a game mode that doesn't make them money. As an offline player I hate seeing this trend.

If there's a shoe enthusiast high up on the chain that makes the shoe issues more puzzling. When for years the wrong parts of shoes have been linked, making it impossible to recreate many well known shoes. If they love shoes as much as me I can't see how this stuff isn't addressed. The vast majority of the shoe selection has been moved to my career only, why would a shoe only be available in 1 mode and not another? If I wanna represent BHM in My League I just can't, if I want Westbrook to wear his Why Not XX8 I can't cuz it's only in my career. Just sayin, if this is the case moving forward they need to make a separate game for each mode. Since all modes r independent of each other anyway. If I'm wrong set me straight, but I feel this game is 5 games in 1, rather than 1 game.
