Hey, within each subfolder there is an nba2k11.exe. I rename that to whatever I want to call it, and then create a shortcut to the desktop. Very simple. Rename it within the subfolder, create a shortcut to the desktop and you're golden.

Yea, its a 2003 mod over on nba-live.com for the PC.
