I remember my Sophomore year, we came back from a 24-0 deficite at halftime against Buckeye and won the game. They'd been taking advantage of some poor defensive play calls in the first half. Dysart was our whipping boy, along with Chino Valley. Blue Ridge was ridiculous in the '90s. Didn't they win like 4 or 5 3A state titles?

Yeah, we played a lot of 3A schools my senior year (Blue Ridge, Dysart, Buckeye) got us ready for 2A: Orme, Camp Verde, & Wickenburg. Ran into the buzz saw that was Blue Ridge, most of the team bragging about steroid use after they beat us at home. We were one of the only schools to score on them the whole season. Dysart was a bunch of thugz, and Buckeye was not good.

Yeah, I think CSHS went to 3A around 93 or 94 maybe. Now, they are one of the bigger public schools in the N. Valley. Hard to believe. I played golf against Bradshaw too, I think it was at Antelope Hills, CC. They were not good, a lot like us!
