Hello i've seen your post for WII MLB 2K9 roster update. I don't know if it work , but, i've used this method (that i've found on another forum) for the mlb 2k8 wii roster update. You should try this for the 2k9 too. If you can, i 'd love to receive the roster update for mlb2k9 file too, so i can try to work on it to find a way to install it. My email is mau_fero at msn.com

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Drag the folder "private" to an empty SD memory card.
Insert the SD memory card into your Wii console.
Navigate to the Wii Menu's save data management screen and copy the MLB 2K8 file from the SD memory card to the Wii.
WARNING!
Installing this roster update will require you to overwrite your previous MLB 2K8 save file. This means you will lose your profile, season, rosters, etc.
Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to update rosters without loosing your save data.
