Good game but they got away from their roots which was TOCA 3 which was a blast.

My disappointment with GRiD comes from how great some of the game is. The drifting aspect was terrible, demolition was a waste, track selection was poor and the cars for the most part left me wanting. 2 touring cars? I cant drive the muscle cars at Le Mans or Spa??
Hopefully GRID 2 will fix some of these poor decisions.

As of December 31, 2001 Race Driver: GRID has been released. It received a Hype Score of 8.5/10 from 10 voters.

I can't wait till this drops. I have been playing the demo version a lot and its a fun racer online as well as offline.
