The cursed "lefty glitch" made this otherwise awesome game pretty weak. It sucked having to field teams with all right handed hitters.

Great game on the ps2....however MVP 2005 was WAY BETTER and arguably one of the best sports video games EVER!

Two words: Lefty. Glitch. This bizarre bug in the game caused balls hit by lefties to die in mid-flight, making hitting for power virtually impossible.

Getting past this bug was virtually impossible as well. The presentation was so bland and graphics so unappealing that the game's mostly stellar gameplay was lost in the shuffle.

EA's MVP 2005 was a solid effort but I couldn't get past the lefty glitch and only played it sparingly after the glitch was confirmed and a fix never came.
