I may have been expecting more Moments cards, but we did get our first Moments card, along with two Moments Challenges.

Siakam was not the player I would have expected considering he fouled out last night, but it makes sense if the 2K folks wanted to get a diamond out to make a splash to start the year of Moments. Players like Fred Van Vleet and Danny Green will just have to wait for their moment at another time.
2K also brought Moments Challenges back to life, which are real nice to welcome back into the mix. With Evolution cards being such a big focus this year, having something other than the Weekly Challenges and Domination games as a way to level cards and get some rewards along the way will be important all season long. I hope 2K keeps up with this and delivers these multiple times a week to keep MyTeam fresh. The first two Moments Challenges are Pro games with 4 minute quarters. You get a standard Heat Check pack for one and 6 tokens for the other.
