How can u tell arena lighting is dim??

Anyone who has played 2k18 for a significant amount of time can tell that the lighting from these screenshots is the exact same as the lighting in 2k18 lol...we’re in for another year of every arena being dim like Staples Center and MSG
Muscle tone looks much improved. I can’t really complain about it. But need to see a full body shot to give a fair assessment.

The lighting and textures are actually better than I thought at first glance. They just don’t look realistic with that odd dark background. Check out demar with a real life background and w no background.
Hah Demar was one of the players that suffered from big head syndrome....looks his head is in proportion. Other than the dark arenas the player models are looking good.
Now we need a picture of Kawhi all pouty looking while wearing a Raptors uniform.

    Your thoughts?

My thoughts is that I actually don't know if muscle definition is legitimate for the simple fact that this and Giannis are in poses where they're likely flexed after a dunk or foul. Look at both their facial expression -- those aren't normal game situation emotions.
Didn't 2k18 also have players in flexed poses that shows more muscle definition compared to their normal stationary self?
Someone play 2k18 and capture a Giannis or Demar flexed pose.
Can’t even look at Demar in a spurs uniform. Make me sick to my stomach. I wasn’t ready for this yet.
Maybe a little Kawhi raps uni pic tomorrow will ease the pain.

    Lol. Yup.
I know Kawhi is a far superior player when healthy. But when you’ve been loyal to a player/player has been loyal to your team for so long. These kinda trades hit home.

I totally agree with you being a Toronto native. But again Masai inherit Bryan Colangelo team. He’s changing it up to be younger and faster hence why the 2nd unit was a total success.
I just hope he knows the city was loyal to him and hopefully down the road players would want to play for the raptors!

So the only thing they added is making the sweat look more realistic?
Hmm! i wonder if they are using a different motion engine or something completely different?

Once again, not overly blown away. Muscle definition and sweat textures look a lot better than 2k18, other than that it looks pretty much the same.

You’re not gonna be blown away by a yearly installment on the same console generation. Graphics in sports games tend to stay pretty much identical year-to-year until next gen.
His teeth are extremely accurate compared to what they were like last year so there's that.
But in all seriousness it looks great and I love the stretch mark detail they have as it's pretty prominent on Demar's left shoulder in real life.

DeRozan is a 1v1 scoring threat who doesn't turn the ball over. The Carmelo Anthony of Shooting Guards.
    WEAKNESSES
Below average shooting has plagued DeRozan his entire career. Normally an excellent post player but saw his effectiveness diminish (39th percentile). Only an average defender despite his tools.
