Awards Max Scherzer has replaced Future Stars Royce Lewis in the final Headliners pack today. Headliners Set 50 Max Scherzer is a 99 overall.
I am not sure what will be replacing Headliners, but SDS did say this would be the final Headliners pack for now. Scherzer generally maintains some buzz, and even though he doesn’t have a sinker, plenty of people swear by him due to the quality control mixed with good per 9s. Here he has 111 H/9 and 109 K/9 to go with his five-pitch mix of 4-seam, slider, change, curve, cutter. I personally don’t get the appeal of Scherzer most of the time, but so far his value remains relatively high on the community market.

The odds on the Headliners packs remain the same as always, so good luck if you try getting him in packs as you’ll have a 1:10 chance at a diamond, albeit that diamond might not be Awards Max Scherzer.
