  1. I keep telling myself not to give in again on the principle of little things on a preorder, but I believe he’ll be a can’t miss character for universe mode. Not too sure about the Halloween gimmick other characters. It also sounds like additional dlc is theme based. I don’t know how I feel about that. I’ll have to give a lot of thought over the next two months.
Aside from that real gimmick... this is awful...
Such a waste of resources for nonsense...
Could have had different real life attires and characters.... even if they wanted to stick to Halloween theme...
    Bogeyman
    Papa Shango
Alt attire for Kane - Issac Yankem - who isn’t scared of anyone that thought a dentist gimmick would go over...
    Doink
The list goes on.... the showcase could be Undertaker taking on all the spooky characters and finally making them rest in peace.
Not at all looking forward to Santa Claus Cena and Easter Bunny Edge.....
More real life content and attires would have me most welcome
This series needs a boost and a relax from strictly sim and real stuff.
Some people need wacky, and this is one way to try. I'm glad they're trying.
I understand this isnt going to be for everyone, but people do have to understand there are four of these originals coming out. The first one is obviously Halloween themed because it comes out in October.
We are getting new weapons, moves, arenas, towers, etc...and on top new superstars. We do not know if every Originals pack will be like this, so we have to wait and see, but I surely wouldn't mind if they through is Santa Mick Foley for my Christmas shows every year.

I am excited to play as The Fiend definitely pre-ordering just for him. To be honest, the horror stuff really doesn't suit my interest but I understand why others would like it.
I am looking forward to this year's game. Really wish they'd bring back GM Mode though.

Agreed. Can't say I'm a fan of Halloween stuff, but they're trying something different and I'm willing to give it a shot to see how it all pans out.
I like what they’re doing this year with the DLC , gave us the tired same old same crap the last 5 years . This is new and refreshing . 2k Originals replacing the old Wrestler and moves packs. Also makes me question how up to date this years roster will be . It’s interesting , also if the content for the next 3 originals is as deep as this it’s more than what we got previous years.

I never seen the use of complaining about pre ordering a game you were going to buy day 1 it doesn’t cost extra or anything . Only way it would suck for you if you were just gonna wait a few months after . The 2k originals before the the announcement was said to be part of the season pass but now they giving us the 1st one FREE if you pre order it . Separately it’s 14.99 a pack . The Fiend was gonna be a DLC character to begin with but they surprised us adding it as a pre order bonus . The fiend just debuted a few days ago before then NOBODY thought he was even going to be in the game period cuz the cut off date is at Mania in March .

Is that true? That's a fair point if so

Yea the roster cuts off always around Mania or little after . That’s why the Hardy Boyz when they returned at mania were DLC . That’s why so many gimmicks be outdated on the games release like Corbin cutting his hair . We are very lucky to get a character like this so late in the development it basically never happens

I'm with you. Plus you can always cancel if you change your mind. It's not like a preorder is an unbreakable contract that you are legally binded to. Recently Amazon has offered $10 off on preorders and I've seen people with complaints about that too. I get not preordering if you have no intention of buying the game day one or at full price but even if it's a game that you might want on launch day why not preorder.
That said I'm not crazy about preorder bonuses. I don't think people should miss out on content or have to pay extra just because they didn't preorder a game.

You don't have to preorder the deluxe to get Hogan. Hogan is part of the deluxe edition.
