Crews & MyPLAYER Updates
- Introducing Crew challenges that allow you to work toward achievements as a team. These refresh every week and yield rewards for all participating members. The more you and your crewmates dominate on the blacktop, the better rewards you get.
- Climb to the top of the new Crews leaderboard in which rankings are based on total PWR in the Crew. You can now view the top Crews, search for others and check out stats for each MyPLAYER.
- We added a MyPLAYER handedness option for left-handed shooting, under Appearance. Plus, you’ll see some new animations on the blacktop.
- Crew gifting allows you to help crewmates improve their own MyPLAYERs by sending XP to them each day.
- To honor the late legend, a free Kobe Bryant jersey headlines our new MyPLAYER items. This year’s All-Star jerseys and shorts are available in addition to new short shorts – low key back in style among hoopers! – and more equipment coming every other week.
- All-Star theme is back with powerful cards for the NBA’s top superstars. Onyx LeBron, Giannis, Harden and Luka lead the group. Earn these via packs, crafting and events starting Feb. 12, and keep an eye out for special packs around the Rising Stars and All-Star Saturday contests.
- The first event with these cards is a special All-Star Gauntlet featuring past All-Star teams as opponents. You’ll face NBA legends dating back to the 1988 game. Each matchup is labeled with the opponent as you work through the streaks.
- You’ll also battle All-Stars in a fresh set of Drills during this two-week period. We added a permanent Three-Point Shootout to the mix – drain as many jumpers as possible like the pros do on All-Star Saturday night!
- Two Sets are included in the theme, including one special Set. This features five items acquired via different modes in the game during the two-week period, and the reward is Ruby Kemba Walker plus Gear of Epic rarity that he can equip.
- We heard you on Gauntlet rewards and made an adjustment. A top tier card is now the top reward in all three events going forward. That means Diamond for the first theme after its upcoming release (!!)
- Any Head to Head boosts that disappeared from your account should now be visible again. These no longer are causing crashes.
- We have fixed Mentor images.
