ESPN has revealed the top 10 wide receivers and tight ends in Madden NFL 21, based off of overall rating.

Madden NFL 21 launches on August 28, or 3 days earlier by pre-ordering the MVP Edition. EA SPORTS also offers Dual Entitlement, creating ways for players who purchase either an Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 to upgrade their copy of Madden NFL 21 from prior generation Xbox One or PlayStation 4 platforms, at no additional cost.

This offer will be in place all the way through the Madden NFL 21 season, up to the release of Madden NFL 22, so players can upgrade whenever they first purchase their new console within that period. Of note, physical discs cannot currently be used to upgrade to discless consoles.

Maybe his Injury rating is tanked, but Rob Gronkowksi at OVR 95 after a year off and losing a ton of weight feels incredibly generous.
That's my only real criticism just based on the OVRs.

Gronkowski being higher than last year's League MVP says everything you need to know about the joke of a system the ratings have become. Should be 80-85 with it increasing into the 90's as his play warrants it.

The ratings guys have said for years that OVR ratings across positions are not intended to be compared against one another.

The ratings guys and all of EA for that matter will say whatever suits them at that moment,
only to change it when something else suits them.

Regardless whether that is actually true - it isn’t - I reiterate that they’ve been saying that OVR ratings across positions aren’t applicable for years and haven’t veered away from their opinion on that.

They did say his run block ratings are really high which is a major impact on his overall. Tom Brady will make him a stud again anyway.

They have a right to have an opinion so they can say whatever they want.

To be fair, the rating guys increase ratings when players complain about it on Twitter so that takes away the credibility of what they do.
