Gran Turismo Sport game update 1.46 is available, adding a new opening video and a few various other fixes, that were not specifically detailed, in the patch notes. One thing is for certain, it doesn’t include any new cars or tracks.
The new video highlights esports and the changes that have gone through the game, over the past 2 years.
Gran Turismo Sport Spec II arrives tomorrow, featuring the full game, with the free content available up to patch 1.39. The latest patch and content can be downloaded separately.
There’s also some bonus content, for purchasing Spec II.
