The latest Gran Turismo Sport update features a balance of performance for certain cars within the main classes. Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.4 and Gr.B have been updated and adjusted. The update also fixed the yellow flag issue, where it wouldn’t display correctly in certain situations.

With Gran Turismo 7 pushed to 2022, you can expect to see more updates for Gran Turismo Sport. While balance of performance is important, hopefully we see more actual content updates.
