For those of you waiting for the right time to pick up WWE 2K Battlegrounds on the cheap, now might be the best time. Amazon is currently selling the game on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for $12.74, after the $2.25 savings at checkout. Regularly priced at $39.99, it’s quite the bargain.

I like the simplistic controls. They just make sense to me and act like controls I expect in an arcade game. Just going off of Xbox here — since that’s the version I played — punch and kick are X and Y respectively, submissions you just hold A, and with pins just press B. The specials and fishers are just simplistic pulls of the triggers. which also includes submissions and pin escapes. If you’ve played the old 2K games, you shouldn’t have much problem picking up the controls. Lastly, I also like the parry mechanic, which involves pressing RB.
