NBA Live 19 game update 1.19 is available, along with a Live content update, NBA trade deadline roster update and an updated roster for the All-Star teams. The update also provides a couple of tweaks to gameplay, gear updates, some player likeness updates and much more.

- Tuning applied to Steals to reduce the amount of successful steal attempts by users
- Tuning applied to traits to address player feedback for shooters being too powerful. Top end shooters with traits applied should see a slightly reduced shot percentage.
