If you don't like the NBA or WNBA part of the game, just go and play online street games, it's worth that money.
If you are a vet of NBA Live from Ps1 & ps2 era you may enjoy this throwback! Show support to EA to let them know NBA Live has a pulse and to keep the 2k developers on their toes to not go stagnant. It is a no brainer at this price and a solid single player experience that reminds me of "pick up and go" basketball from the ps2 era.

Walmart matches their online prices in store. You could have gotten a price match. I guess you could take it back and say it doesn't work and get a refund.
And then download thanks that's $20

Game must „really“ catch up with 2k. NOT

It's worth it. I just got it. I checked a few days ago but it was only for PS Plus subs then so I passed. I'm more of an Xbox guy and loathe online play, so I have no need for PS Plus. I probably wont play Live much but the cheapskate in me just can't let a deal pass.
While LeBron is obviously a beast, I have to say I've never had as much fun playing with player in any basketball game as I do with Joel Embiid in Live 18. It's the same feeling, as Embiid just dominates and the game is just flat out fun to play.
I've been a life long NBA 2k18 player, but something about this vs NBA Live 18 is night and day, but I can't tell what is night and what is day exactly. I'm thinking it's the controls or perhaps the technicality in the game? NBA Live 18 seems more like a pick me up and NBA 2k18 seems more for the player that want to be fully immersed.
Don't get me wrong, you will be immersed with NBA live 18, just not as much as NBA 2k18. It just seems more easier to play and for some reason, a lot more fun!
So glad I spent the $10 bucks on it :y1:

Good decision. A good change of pace, and if your main game mode is my career/the one it's a lot easier to level and less lag online imo
Thanks in advance

I have both versions not much difference. For the price no reason not to have it.
