Franchise Hockey Manager 3 Releases on October 17 - Officially Licensed By The NHL

OOTP Developments have just announced Franchise Hockey Manager 3 will release on October 17 and will be the first NHL PC game since NHL 09 to be officially licensed by the NHL.
