San Vansterdam offers four distinct neighborhoods and introduces vertical exploration, letting players find hidden skate spots and tackle challenges from new angles. The city can be explored freely, used for different skating sessions or customized with Quick Drop to create personal skate spots. Customization is set to expand over time, with plans for more detailed character looks, tattoos and other personalization options as the live service grows.

Seasonal content will keep the game evolving, starting with a 90s-inspired Season 1 that adds new areas, challenges, cosmetics and music. Future seasons will build on that with fan-requested features like party voice chat, replay editor improvements, leaderboards and additional tricks like impossibles and darkslides. The all-new skate.Pass offers both free and premium tracks filled with rewards and seasonal challenges, giving players new goals and experiences with each update.
