As with any MLB The Show 25 Diamond Dynasty ratings update, it’s really all about investors seeing if they made bank or went broke. I think a lot of investors probably made out very well considering 11 players were boosted to diamond in this update.
Multiple top-end Live Series cards exploded in price after the update this afternoon, which is likely investors selling their upgraded cards and buying up the inventory. This means players like Ohtani and Judge are 100K more in price (if not more) as of Friday afternoon.
