Football Manager 25 has been advertised as a benchmark in the franchise’s long history. Though no specific date has been disclosed, Sports Interactive has announced that Football Manager 25 will be out at some point in March 2025. This is likely to satisfy licensing agreements and get the game out before the end of the fiscal year. Football Manager traditionally releases an early access beta before its full release as well, but the details on that have been scarce. Football Manager 25 will release on the PC, with console versions being available on the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. As with recent entries, Touch and Mobile versions of the game are scheduled to release for the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices, respectively.

Following the game’s delay from November to March, many fans of the series has expressed concern about what the state of the game will be when it finally releases. These concerns were only exacerbated by the lack of any gameplay/in-engine footage in any of the promotional materials, as well as the removal of certain features such as the ability to manage international teams.

Sports Interactive has promised to show gameplay footage towards the end of January, so be sure to keep an eye out for any updates in that regard. Maybe by then, we’ll have a more concrete release date.
