Steph Curry is not afraid to step up for his wife, Ayesha Curry. The Golden State Warriors’ point guard is letting everyone know that his relationship is not to be messed with.
Curry fired back at Killer Mike recently over comments the latter made on Instagram. He had enough of people making fun of his wife and didn’t let the slander stand anymore. Mike is also not one to hesitate about his words and often engages in social commentary about celebrities.
However, it seems that a joke went too far. The situation started after a content creator, BooWoodz, posted a clip bringing up Ayesha Curry’s comments about being jealous of her husband. The Grammy-award-winning artist seemed to get a kick out of the whole thing and criticized the celebrity chef as well. The NBA icon saw these remarks and decided to put his foot down once and for all, and directly replied to Mike.
“@killermike naaaaaa not you Mike. I’m cool stating silent and letting these other clowns have they’re moment! And you’re the worst of them @boowoodz234,” Curry wrote. “But you’re better than that @killermike. Stay in your lane and let God keep blessing me like he is. We r good over here.”
Ayesha Curry Has Been Facing Criticism Over Her Previous Comments
Ayesha Curry hasn’t had the best time in the media after facing huge criticism online. The Canadian actress has been the target of fire after making some questionable comments in the past. Many fans argue that she always chooses to tear her husband down in some way.
However, she has maintained a healthy relationship with her husband. It certainly helps that Steph Curry is always willing to stand up for her. The couple has weathered the storm of hate together and continues to live their best life together.
The Golden State Warriors’ star player isn’t letting anyone get away with disrespecting his wife. No one deserves the sheer amount of hate that Ayesha has faced throughout her husband’s entire NBA career. So, it’s time to perhaps adjust our views and leave the family alone.
Steph Curry Is Not Letting The Hate Bother Him Too Much
Steph Curry has his mind away from the drama even after responding to it. The outstanding point guard has always displayed an aura of toughness that has made him the best on the court.
However, his recent transformations for the upcoming 2025-26 season look as if he’s fully locked in. Curry is looking to bring the heat against all the competition. He looks undeterred in the face of huge odds, and we can bet he’s going to point and shoot each time he steps on the court.
