Deciding which edition of WWE 2K25 to buy may ultimately come down to the DLC available down the line. Both the Deadman and Bloodline editions of WWE 2K25 come with the Ringside Pass, both of which give players access to Season Pass DLC content on release at no extra charge. You could also purchase a Season Pass separately, but that’s a whole different conversation. The big question here is this: Is the Season Pass in WWE 2K25 worth your time?
Earlier today, the Season Pass for WWE 2K25 was announced. In total, there will be five DLC content packs, each containing different wrestlers that will not be available in the base game. And there are some surprises in there, too!

For me personally, the most shocking inclusion for the Season Pass DLC is former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion and longtime TNA veteran Abyss. Since 2019, Abyss (whose real name is Christopher Park) has been signed to WWE as a producer. However, Abyss never wrestled for WWE, instead spending a vast majority of his wrestling career in the rival TNA. That said, it’s nice to have him in the game. And it can only help fantasy booking.
Elsewhere, NXT stars Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer will not be part of the base WWE 2K25 roster. Instead, they will be included in the New Wave Pack that is due for release in May 2025. This pack will also include the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin), as well as an unnamed special celebrity guest.
Penta and Jordynne Grace — both of whom signed with WWE this year and have quickly made names for themselves — will be included in the Fearless Pack, which we won’t see until July. New Jack is also included in that pack, and personally, I’m stoked! Though he was often shrouded in controversy and was known for his wild antics, the former ECW and Smoky Mountain star was captivating and could’ve became an even bigger star had he gone down a different path.
