Moves aren’t everything in pro wrestling, but they’re a big part of it. Everything a wrestler does when in the ring is a representation of who they are and their motives. Because of this, most wrestlers at the top level use an extremely curated arsenal of moves to set them apart from others. This is one of the biggest aspects of what makes WWE 2K25 an effective sim of the current product.
With there being hundreds of wrestlers and unique moves to do in WWE 2K25, picking a favorite moveset is difficult. So I figured I’d go over my 10 favorites. Mind you, these are simply the opinion of myself — a wrestling fan. If I left off any of your favorites, I apologize. But these are my favorite 10 movesets in WWE 2K25, ranked.
10 Best Movesets In WWE 2K25
10.) Bianca Belair
The “EST”, Bianca Belair, is one of the most dominant forces in wrestling, male or female. Almost all of her moves are done with intensity and are meant to overwhelm opponents with sheer force. The wrestling equivalent of a 5-tool player in baseball, there isn’t much Belair can’t do. Her KOD finisher looks devastating, and her 450 splash is a reminder of her elite athleticism.
9.) Je’Von Evans
One look at Je’Von Evans, and it’ll quickly become apparent that he might very well be the future of professional wrestling. He’s on the smaller side, and he’s definitely green when it comes to pro wrestling fundamentals such as promos. But he’s an incredible athlete capable of doing some impressive stuff in the ring. Evans’ Double Spring Tornillo Splash is one of the most ridiculous top-rope finishers I’ve ever seen, and hitting it at the end of the match is sure to send fans into a frenzy every time.
8.) Eddie Guerrero
The late Eddie Guerrero is easily one of the greatest professional wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots. There was absolutely nothing “Latino Heat” couldn’t do. He could work as either an underdog babyface or underhanded heel with no issues, and his moveset was one of the most well-balanced the industry has ever seen. A mix between technical wrestling and traditional Lucha Libre, Guerrero has the famed Frog Splash as his finisher and the iconic Three Amigos as his signature.
7.) Trick Williams
Thanks in part due to his impressive in-ring work, fun theme song, and Booker T’s commentary, Trick Williams has emerged as one of the standouts of the current crop of NXT stars. And rightfully so — even this early into his pro wrestling career, Trick seems like he is the complete package. And the moves he performs are no exception. That pick-up Uranage he does is always a good time. And the Trick Shot finish — essentially a running knee straight to the face — is believable and devastating.
6.) Oba Femi
When it comes to big powerhouses, fewer in the wrestling business are as impressive as Oba Femi. Despite being less than two years into his wrestling career, the guy already looks destined for stardom due to his charisma, size, look, and the moves he does. His Release Back Suplex looks great despite its simplicity, especially against smaller opponents. And his Fall From Grace finisher — essentially a pop-up powerbomb — looks great too. Oba Femi is legitimately one of my favorite wrestlers to play with in WWE 2K25, and such moves are a big reason as to why.
5.) CM Punk

Anybody who’s followed my writing on WWE 2K25 knows that I’m a massive CM Punk fan. His unrivaled ability on the mic is a huge part of that and one of the things that propelled him to being the top star he is today. But his ability in the ring is also a massive part of that. The Go 2 Sleep is an incredibly simple finisher — a fireman’s carry into a lifted knee. But it looks great and always feels a tad personal. Also, they gave him the Pepsi Plunge — a Pedigree from the top rope — this year too! And man, who doesn’t love that move?
4.) Tiffany Stratton
Tiffany Stratton’s ascent to the top of the WWE women’s division has been meteoric to say the least. The current WWE Women’s Champion has emerged as another top athlete due to her gymnastics background, and her moveset is a reflection of that. She has a ton of springboard moves, including her “Prettiest Moonsault Ever”. If you want to use one of the premier female talents in wrestling, it’s Tiffy Time indeed,
3.) Ilja Gradunov
Once a standout among the crop at NXT UK, Ilja Dragunov quickly established himself as a master technician upon his call-up to WWE Raw — a run that came to a premature end due to sustaining a torn ACL last September. In-game, Ilja is every much the hard-hitting cruiserweight that he is in real life. The Constantin Special lariat is always an aesthetically pleasing move, and his Torpedo Moscow finisher is solid as well. Everything he does in-game looks like it would hurt. A lot. And I dig that!
2.) Gunther
Gunther’s nickname, the Ring General, is not an exaggeration. Once the Austrian steps between the ropes, he’s one of the best in the business. And like his fellow NXT UK alum, Ilja Dragunov, everything he does looks tailor-made to inflict pain upon his opponent. The collection of chops never gets old, and neither does his simple-yet-effective powerbomb finish, which always looks as if he’s trying to send his opponent through the mat.
1.) Jacob Fatu

If you are one of the few wrestling fans who have yet to see what Jacob Fatu does in the ring, you are well and truly missing out. The guy is a freak of nature and does things a guy of his size shouldn’t be able to do, including a double-spring moonsault. His blend of power and athleticism cannot be understated, and he is one of WWE’s biggest prospects for a reason. I’d be surprised if there was a move Jacob Fatu couldn’t do.
