UPDATE: 2K has pushed a fix. Simply restart WWE 2K20 and the modes will work again.

Fans that attempt to try the various modes are greeted with CE-34878-0 crashes or simply unable to play most of the modes at all. Those modes include WWE 2K Originals, Community Creations, Online, MyPLAYER and more.

newLEGACYinc explains it well, in the video below.

The temporary fix is to change the date on your PlayStation 4 or PC to December 31, 2019. Unfortunately, this fix doesn’t work on the Xbox One, as explained by @TheShiningDown.

As mentioned by Kotaku, there are plenty of communities (reddit, resetera, WWE 2K Forums) talking about it and 2K has acknowledged the issue, but haven’t found a fix for it, as of this post.

We’ll keep you updated.
