Which Players Are Not in EA Sports College Football 26?

While EA Sports College Football 26 includes thousands of athletes across hundreds of programs, several known players are still missing from the launch roster. From Ohio State’s top recruits to nearly half of West Virginia’s squad, here’s a full breakdown of every player not in EA Sports College Football 26.

Which Players Are Not In EA Sports College Football 26?

To have a confirmed appearance, players have to give consent to EA for the usage of their name, image, and likeness (NIL) in the game. In return, each player gets $1500, which is significantly more than last year’s $600, plus a free copy of the game. How generous, EA! 

However, the disappearance of a player can have various reasons behind it, many of which are hard to crack. They might have committed or transferred late, been ineligible, or simply chosen to opt-out.

That said, here’s every player missing from College Football 26.

West Virginia Mountaineers

Many West Virginia Mountaineers athletes are absent from the game. Here are all 47 players that didn’t make it to EA Sports College Football 26.

While these players aren’t in the game at launch, their disappearance might not be permanent. Just like College Football 25, this year’s game is likely to get roster updates from time to time, welcoming players who failed to join us at launch. Plus, their absence doesn’t mean that the team is now emptier. Instead, each real player is replaced with a fictional player to simulate their presence.
