When Does The F1 25 2026 Season Update Release?
Although no set date has been given, taking into account the start and end dates for the game’s current Season 6: Road to 2026 Season, F1 25′s 2026 Update is expected to be released in June 2026. If confirmed, this would also see the update follow the franchise’s release schedule, which saw both F1 24 and 25 arrive at the end of May of their respective years.
While you wait for the update, the mentioned Road To 2026 Season brought to the title a new Podium Pass, featuring 50 levels and a new array of both free and VIP rewards. No, as revealed by the game’s developers during its official announcement, the upcoming F1 25 2026 Season Update is set to be a paid expansion. Its price, however, has yet to be officially released. Keep in mind that those playing the game via Game Pass might still need to purchase the expansion separately to view its content. After purchasing it, you will then need to rebuy the main game if your subscription ever expires.
For those looking to try out the tracks before the new update, F1 25 is also currently available as part of the EA Play selection on all of its platforms. Following the 2026 update, F1 27 is then expected to be released next year.
