The DLC adds Teofimo “The Takeover” Lopez, bringing his signature flair to the ring. It also expands the lineup with Emanuel Augustus, Janibek Alimkhanuly, Sebastian Fundora, Tim Tszyu and Diego Corrales. New gear for Canelo Alvarez, Terri Harper, Kell Brook, Roy Jones Jr. and Daniel Jacobs is included as well.

One of boxing’s most famous gyms has also made its way into the game, as the legendary Kronk Gym joins the lineup. Located in Detroit, the iconic spot has been home to 41 world champions and now players can step inside and experience the same gym that helped shape some of the sport’s biggest names.

As mentioned yesterday, patch 1.5 arrived today, adding a couple more names to the roster. Antonio “The Magic Man” Tarver, a multi-division world champion who also had a role in Rocky Balboa, makes his first appearance. He’s joined by Billy Dib, the two-time world champion who overcame cancer in 2022 and returned to the ring for one last win on his own terms.

The update also brings some key gameplay tweaks. The jab now packs enough power to put opponents on the canvas, much like Wladimir Klitschko and Larry Holmes used to. Southpaw stances have been rebalanced to fix the speed boost issue when switching, and online players will be happy to hear losses no longer count when an opponent quits mid-fight.
