A controversial scene took place in Travis Kelce’s home involving his fiancée, Taylor Swift, earlier this month. The pop icon had a man arrested for a bizarre stunt.
Justin Lee Fisher, the man who was arrested while trying to serve Swift deposition papers from Justin Baldoni’s legal team, according to TMZ. Fisher was caught at the Kansas Chiefs player’s residence in Leawood, Kansas.
According to a report from Star, the process server was charged with trespassing after allegedly jumping the fence onto a private residence in a residential neighborhood. Fisher was arrested on September 15 for the alleged intrusion just two days after a federal judge denied a request to depost Swift in the ongoing defamation lawsuits.
Justin Baldoni Is Involved In The Mess
This whole incident unfolded when Swift got involved in a high-profile legal drama. Baldoni claimed that he got into an argument with the singer’s former close friend, Blake Lively, during the filming of their movie, It Ends With Us.
According to a report by TMZ, Swift’s involvement in the drama was dragged by some text messages presented by the It Ends With Us director. In the text messages, Lively referred to her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and Taylor Swift as her ‘dragons’. This seemingly did not sit well with Swift as she felt manipulated by Lively.
The court documents filed by Baldoni’s legal team tell us that Swift was set to give a deposition by the end of October. However, things changed when the intruder was caught and the singer’s legal team sent a letter to the judge in charge of the high-profile case.
In a brief statement, Fisher explained that he will be willing to talk about it after it’s resolved. He clarified that he wasn’t hurt during the arrest but is worried about losing his private eye license. Fisher will appear in Leawood Municipal Court on October 15.

Despite this controversial incident, Swift and Travis Kelce seem to he focused on their personal life. The couple announced their engagement last month and are likely preparing to tie the knot.
