This number is among the 12 lowest figures for a box office debut for a film playing in over 2000 screens. However, Sweeney has now defended the film with a lengthy caption in a post on her Instagram. The Anyone But You star who also produced the sports biopic, claimed she’s so proud of the project. She added that it was one of the biggest honors of her life.
