EA and Metalhead Software have released Super Mega Baseball 4 patch #4 today for all platforms. DLC #3 featuring Castillo Arena is also available for players that own the Ballpark Edition. For everyone else, the DLC can be purchased in digital stores starting September 14 for $4.99.

- Fixed: During player re-signing in Franchise mode, the Undo Release action is often disabled when it should not be and vice versa.
- Fixed: Player shadows do not appear correctly on top of home plate at Ciudad de Colores
- Fixed: Game can crash on the Exhibition team select when attempting to toggle Ego mode too quickly after joining a team.
- (Steam only) Fixed: Steam Deck crashes when loading into a stadium with Shader Quality set to Low or Medium.
- (PS5 only) Fixed: During the EAPlay trial, a UGC warning can incorrectly appear when playing Pennant Race or Online Leagues.
