Smith was recently confronted by Alexis Ohanian, who is Williams’ husband and the co-founder of Reddit. He appeared on ESPN’s First Take and took his moment to check the famous analyst for his comments about his partner in February this year, after the Super Bowl. Ohanian asked if he had some more marriage advice for him, with Smith quickly backing up his previous words.

Jackson took notice of this moment and then shared a post on Instagram to call the ESPN host for his reaction. He claimed that Smith usually gets loud for LeBron James but didn’t have the same energy for another billionaire. Jackson then finally advised him to ‘stay out’ of politics and stick to comments about sports.

“Come on, Stephen A., bro,” Jackson said. “You get loud and all in your feelings about Bron, when talking to a Black billionaire, but when talking to a white billionaire, you humble. And you come back on your show talking real respectful, mild-mannered. … And you talking to Black woman? Stay out of politics and stick to talking about sports you never played, alright?”

Stephen Jackson Called Out His Hypocrisy For LeBron James

Jackson doesn’t seem to care for hypocrisy at all. The former New Jersey Nets player called out Stephen A. Smith for not having similar energy for Serena Williams’ husband and shouting criticism at LeBron James.

Jackson noted that the analyst seems to speak out a lot for James and black women but not for other people. He also added that he wasn’t going to be voting for Smith if he actually runs for office. These comments were made since Smith has previously stated that he has thought of running for office in 2028.

“We’re not gonna vote for you,” Jackson said. “I heard you talking about running, don’t do that, bro. We’re not gonna vote for you. … You do not have the same energy for other people, but you got a lot of energy for Bron and Black women and not everybody else. Stop it.”

While we’re unsure if the NBA expert is going to choose to start his presidential campaign anytime soon, it seems he might’ve lost some supporters already.

Stephen A. Smith Backed Down Against Serena Williams’ Husband

Stephen A. Smith loves to talk and give his opinion on everything. However, it seems he might’ve gotten a bit carried away with his words back in February this year after the Super Bowl.

Serena Williams made a cameo appearance in the Super Bowl Halftime show during Kendrick Lamar’s performance. She danced to Lamar’s popular hit song ‘Not Like Us’ which is a diss track aimed at Drake. Williams had been rumored to be in a relationship with Drake, and Smith called her out for doing things to get back at her ex.

Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, seemingly got offended by these words and chose to confront the expert analyst. However, Smith didn’t want to argue with him and quickly backed down without much defense for his previous remarks.
