Shai Gilgeous-Alexander isn’t a stranger to hilariously picking on his teammates from time to time. The OKC Thunder star player has done it once again as he set his sights on Jalen Williams. He took a close look at Williams’ recent outfit choice and knew he struck gold.
The reigning MVP wasn’t all that impressed after seeing his OKC Thunder teammate rock up to a recent game in unusual style. Williams is currently recovering from a hamstring injury, but has been regularly attending the Paycom Center to see his team play. He usually rocks up in killer fashion, which catches many people’s eyes who claim he’s one of the best-dressed NBA athletes.
Williams once again decided to come see the OKC Thunder play against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday. The small forward came dressed in a poncho-like jacket that drew quite a bit of attention from the people in attendance and the media. The Inside the NBA crew would bring up Williams’ attire to SGA, who decided to take a shot at the questionable look, calling it a ‘Snuggie’.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander brought up his wife, Hailey Summers, to make fun of Jalen Williams. Williams might have brought it on himself this time, as he had everyone guessing what he had on at the Paycom Center on Saturday.
The OKC Thunder was cracking alongside the Inside the NBA crew after being shown Williams’ look during the game against the Golden State Warriors. He then compared the jacket his Thunder teammate had on to a ‘snuggie’ that his wife wears while they watch a movie at night. This remark and banter between SGA and the rest had every fan laughing.
SGA was then asked if he would support his teammates’ odd fashion choices and hype them up, even if they’re not looking that great. He answered that he usually prefers being honest with all of his Thunder teammates and wouldn’t lie to them under these circumstances.

We’ve seen him keep it casual with some neat coordinated pieces, or go all-out with a big fur coat at times as well. However, it seems that Jalen Williams’ look was a bit too much for him to handle.
