Rematch Update Addresses Goalkeeper, Locomotion and Match Flow Issues

Rematch received a new update earlier today that cleans up a number of lingering issues with goalkeepers, locomotion, match flow and more.

One fix makes sure 3v3 Ranked matches always start with six players, while goalkeepers should feel more reliable thanks to tweaks that fix invulnerability problems and dives occasionally sending them the wrong way.

Player movement also sees some improvement with Extra Effort no longer locking players into a single running direction when triggered from a sprint. On the presentation side, the “highest” stat indicators at the end of matches have been pulled for now. The feature went live earlier than planned and still had a few rough edges, so it will return in a future patch once it’s in better shape. Last Action has also been adjusted so it no longer ends earlier than intended.

The update also fixes a handful of smaller but noticeable issues. Poses from Season 1 now show up correctly in Player Card customization, quickmatch no longer freezes if a friend joins mid-session and several crash scenarios have been ironed out. The Platinum and Master ranked reward shirts from Season 0 have also had their names swapped back to the right ones.
