As Pelipper’s worth is defined by its ability to set up Rain (which boosts your Pokémon’s Water DMG by 50% while also lowering the Fire DMG of opponents for the same amount), Drizzle is its only viable Ability for them. We will then pair it up with the Modest Nature for a boost in Sp, Atk, and invest 32 stat points in both Speed and Sp. Atk. For items, Focus Stach is considered the best pick for its KO resist. If you decided to give it to another Pokémon, we then recommend using recovery options like the Sitrus Berry.
