EA Sports has released update 1.5 for NHL 26 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, tightening up a few areas across gameplay and multiple modes. From a gameplay standpoint, the Pull Goalie setting should now behave the way it is supposed to, as some users were seeing the option stuck in an incorrect state with the game acting like the goalie was pulled even after switching the setting back off.
Be a Pro and other modes received a handful of smaller fixes as well. The “Win the Presidents’ Trophy – Part 4” challenge now displays correctly, the camera obstruction inside the Utah Mammoth home arena has been addressed, National Anthems will once again play during the pre-game intro and the NHL Threes subtitle in the main menu now appears as intended. The team also added Stadium Series jerseys for the Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightning. Check out the full patch notes below.

- Refreshed the Career Stats page to display more relevant and organized stats for users
- Fixed an issue where users receive an error message when equipping an 8-bit NHL Bundle
- Fixed an issue where users receive an error while tabbing on the report content screen
- Fixed an issue where users receive an error popup while trying to send friend requests through EA Layer
