The latest NBA 2K22 patch is available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. 2K mentions the update improves stability and fixed several issues, but aren’t specific.

Thankfully there are no gameplay changes in the update, but the broadcast camera in MyNBA mode still hasn’t been fixed. The team is aware of the camera issue and it will be patched eventually.
The workaround is to go into Options from within the MyNBA menu, then options, settings, position. Press R2 or RT and player lock any of the 5 players and the broadcast camera will be available when you play your game.
