  1. All I’m going to say is yeah I know there’s more that makes the game and players play like themselves like tendencies and badges but good lord whoever is in charge of ratings over at 2K is an absolute joke 😂 First thing that comes to mind is where is the logical reason for lowering R.J Barrett and Zion 90 already... Seriously 🤦*♂️
If I had to guess they are mainly are just juicing his intangible rating.

    Zion Williamson
27.9 PER (4th in NBA) - Honestly the conversation could end here.
    66 TS% (8th in NBA) on 29 USG% (20th in NBA)
    9 ORB% / 15 DRB% (Average starting PF: about 5 ORB%, 19 DRB%)
    19 AST% on 1.41 ATR (Average starting PF: about 14 AST%)
    1.4 STL% / 1.9 BLK% (Average starting PF: about 1.5 STL% / 2 BLK%
Zion hit 90 for me last month. His Giannis-like production blows his peers out of the water. You seem to not take issue with Julius Randle being an 87 and he is clearly a tier (or two) below Zion.
    PF OVRs
    96 Giannis Antetekounmpo (29.0 PER, 63 TS%, 33 USG%)
    96 Kevin Durant (25.6 PER, 66 TS%, 31 USG%)
    94 Anthony Davis (24.5 PER, 59 TS%, 28 USG%)
    90 Zion Williamson (27.9 PER, 66 TS%, 29 USG%)
    89 Jayson Tatum (20.2 PER, 56 TS%, 30 USG%)
    87 Tobias Harris (20.7 PER, 61 TS%, 24 USG%)
    87 Julius Randle (19.7 PER, 57 TS%, 28 USG%)
    86 Domantas Sabonis (19.9 PER, 59 TS%, 24 USG%
Crystal clear Zion belongs w/ the Superstars, and there should probably be even greater separation between he and the All-Stars in the high 80s.
But by all means, keep talking about what other people (the guys who do this for a living) don't know. I'm sure you are capable of effortlessly explaining specifically what they did right or wrong, rather than just running your mouth on the internet. There's an "absolute joke" here, but it's not who you think it is.
(Someone splitting hairs over whether R.J. Barrett's OVR should be 80 or 81 doesn't have nearly as good a grasp on this topic as they think they do).

Ugh...it's about to be rough playing with the Pacers.
Aww look I’m shocked it took you this long to get in your precious 2 cents worth of opinion Rashidi... I literally couldn’t give a stuff about wasting my time going to look up all those numbers about Zion, all I was trying to say is how much 2K moves raising this dude but forgets about so many others and how can they justify lowering RJ... But for all means tell us oh holy one what would you rate R.J 🙏😂😂

2K literally adjusts the OVRs of 120-180 players per week, and here you are thinking personal feelings are involved when a player goes up or down one OVR. It's all math equations.
But for all means tell us oh holy one what would you rate R.J

Fix that hate in your heart, and stop throwing stones when you live in a glass house.
    Greg521988
Okay whatever helps you sleep at night Rashidi, you do you boo 😘

Well...you're more than welcome to give your analysis that's not based on fanboyism.
Doesn't RJ's recent (I'm talking about his past 40 games) play deserve a bit of a ratings bump? I'm probably biased because he's Canadian lol

Are you sure? Like is that allowed 😱 Because every roster update if anybody on here voices their opinion “the real 2k insider” More like someone who probably got rejected by them 😂 Likes to make sure that he’s the holy god of rosters and likes to attack everybody on here... It’s been happening for years on this website with him 🤦*♂️

    What an attack looks like:

good lord whoever is in charge of ratings over at 2K is an absolute joke

Work on yourself and develop some self-awareness. The only one making attacks here is you.

Then back your opinion up with an ANALYSIS. Posting emojis don't argue the point why you think Zion is too high. At least SOMEONE is able to at least put numbers and provide an explanation for the ratings decrease/increase.
At long as I been here and on the original NBA 2K Forums, most of the counter-arguments against him is the cliche "Numbers don't tell the complete story". Cool...some stuff can be subjective. At the end of day, I still have an explanation of what's going on. Hell, it nice when he creates the list of the players who increase/decrease and sort it by team. I can go straight to the Pacers and know immediately who I need to review the next time I fire up the game.

Anybody can make up a list of each team 😂 But if your going to make the list at least sure sure your doing it correctly 🤦*♂️ He put people on that list with overall changes that in fact never moved 😂 Like James Ennis, Kent Bazemore

Everything was copy/pasted from 2K's release. Current/Next-gen will have slight discrepancy due to badge differences. Keep sweating me.

Says cringey guy on internet video game forum that can't seem to get my name out of his mouth. You just want someone to point the finger at because you can't do it to yourself. When you have something to contribute that doesn't constitute a 5th grade insult, you can join us at the grownups table. We won't be holding our collective breath.

It's not my job to do player ratings idiot lol, I'm not employed by 2K. All I stated previously was how can they drop R.J's overall rating with the numbers he's been putting up and you feel the need to make yourself feel worthy by copying and pasting stats from basketball reference like your the holy chosen one of roster making and nobody else is allowed to have an opinion on here without you getting in your 2 cents lol... That's all I'm going to say because your honestly not worth the time to go back and forth with on a bloody video game forum.

again it’s not always about what Mr Adolf 2K insider thinks is good

The way we talk to others is a reflection of how a person feels about themselves.
This was you a year ago:

I’ve always enjoyed your ratings over 2K’s... I’ve always been curious though, like what websites or formulas or data do you use to adjust all the ratings and how do you transfer that data into what a rating would equate to in 2K? As your on Sony and I’ve got Xbox, I’d like to learn that so I could adjust the ratings myself

I understand it's been a rough year for everyone. Whatever you're going through, you need to take care of it before spreading toxicity on a public forum. Had you kept it business rather than baselessly insulting the people who work their *** off on this game, you wouldn't be getting blowback.

That is not "All" you said. "How" we say something is just as important as "what" we say.
If you minimize your mistakes, rather than own them and take accountability, you won't learn from them.

It's likely that you feel rejected by me, which is why you continue to make it personal. I'm sorry that I hurt your feelings. I do have a habit of reflecting people's venom back at them, rather than turning the other cheek. We all have things we need to work on.
I'm not the god of roster editing, but good luck finding someone more knowledgeable that is willing to engage. I make breakdowns like that because it increases my player knowledge and proficiency at what I do. Nobody taught me roster editing. Everything I know is because I put in the work. 18 years later, here we are.
It's 100% true - ANYBODY can do what I do; that goes for every person reading this.
Don't tell me - Show me.

Please continue what you do, me and I am sure many others are enjoying the deep insights you give us.
And like my fellow pacers mate here already stated, your list sorted by team alone is worth checking. What 2k does with their OVR sorted list is just....who needs it displayed that way?

Man, I absolutely hate how 2K lists them. I just want to see who was impacted on the Pacers (and other teams of interest) versus reading the entire list and recognizing the names one by one.
