One of the many things the Los Angeles Lakers did a few days ago, honoring the late Kobe Bryant, was to place ‘KB’ patches on their uniforms. NBA 2K20 recently added them in the game. While 2K hasn’t updated the ‘KB’ court logo, as of this post, it could get updated in the future.

Also of note, and maybe just a coincidence… But after starting up some random games in LA, I noticed 2 empty seats, possibly for Kobe and Gigi. I’d say 9 out of 10 games, the 2 seats were empty. Like I said, it could be coincidence, but I wouldn’t put it by 2K. If it’s something they did implement, props to them.
