iRacing has released their fourth developer diary for NASCAR 25, the upcoming racing title set to launch on PC and consoles this fall. The video titled “Sights and Sounds of Race Day,” focuses on how the game captures the atmosphere of a full day at the track from a driver’s point of view, whether in the garage, the pits or out on the speedway.
The video features insights from Executive Producer Dale Earnhardt Jr. and NASCAR Cup Series spotters TJ Majors and Josh Williams, who also appear in the game. The team breaks down how they’re bringing the emotion and sound of real NASCAR action into the most immersive version of the game to date.
NASCAR 25 is bringing all four major NASCAR series to the track—the Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series and for the first time alongside the others, the ARCA Menards Series. Players will see familiar drivers in each series and can dive into a detailed Career Mode that includes creating a driver, customizing cars, handling contracts, finances and making decisions that shape a path to the Cup Series. All four series will also be available in quick races, full seasons and online multiplayer.
