The first legends players can get their hands on will be part of the pre-order bonus for those who have already purchased the game. MLB The Show 26 is available as a Standard Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition, with a significant difference in pricing.

However, players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will be able to play the game in Early Access, plus receive a free Legend Choice Pack. Players will have a choice between:

  • Roy Halladay
  • Chipper Jones
  • Ken Griffey Jr.

If you want to start the game strong, there’s no better way than getting your hands on one of these cards. Being Legends, they are some of the highest-tiered cards in the game.

Alongside the Legend Choice Pack, pre-order bonuses also include 2x World Baseball Classic Choice Packs. These will feature iconic names like Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge, some of the most-talked-about names in baseball last year. Make sure you don’t miss out on these heavy-hitters if you’re serious about climbing the ladder in MLB The Show 26.

New Legends Added To The Roster

MLB The Show 26 will also see an increase in the total number of Legends as San Diego Entertainment has decided to bring in some fresh names. Some notable names include Albert Pujols, Dustin Pedroia, and Andruw Jones.

Other than these new inductions, MLB The Show 26 will feature the existing Legends from the previous iteration, totalling over 200+ Legends for you to collect. Whether you get them through premium, limited-edition packs or grind out the Storyline: Negro Leagues Season 4, these players are must-haves if you really want to take your team to the next level.
