Spring Cleanup Program Bosses

MLB The Show 22 Diamond Dynasty - Spring Cleanup Program Breakdown

The second Featured Program in MLB The Show 22 is the Spring Cleanup Program. Coming off Faces of the Franchise, this is a smaller program by comparison with just five “bosses” to choose from in one pool of players. You will have two chances to secure a boss pack, so you can get two of the five bosses. The other three bosses you will need to secure on the marketplace as of now. We will update this article with any other updates that occur with the Spring Cleanup program.

Bottom Line

There are some relatively big changes between the first and second programs. There are far fewer “bosses” to snag in this Featured Program, but SDS kept the variety up with the first introduction of a Classics pack, plus we still get some bronze and silver players to mix in with some golds from the last program. On top of that, this program is shorter than the last one but the XP goals have been lengthened, which should help alleviate the concerns of some folks who felt they had nothing to do once they finished the XP path for the last program.

As for the bosses themselves, I think this is a really nice set of cards to be getting in April. I would say all five of the bosses are usable right now, with maybe Seaver being the one who falls out of favor the fastest since his attributes don’t quite hit in a couple key categories. That said, Seaver can be hard to hit at times, so it might end up working out even for that card for the time being.
