The Future Is Bright Event 2 is now live in MLB The Show 20, and it will go on until May 7. No new rewards have been added — as expected — and so my initial overview of things holds strong for the general layout of these two events and what you can earn.

Future Is Bright Event 2 Rules
- Future Stars, Prospects, Rookies, or any silver, bronze or common players
- Max of 88 overall team rating
- Three-inning games
- All-Star difficulty
In short, these games will be quicker as we went back from six innings down to three. Also the restrictions were tweaked to remove Face of the Franchise players, which should hopefully lead to a better mix of teams showing up for this event.
