Folks have been looking for a Diamond Dynasty Showdown guide of sorts as it can be very challenging. Some think it’s unfair or the mode cheats, but I’m not really here to litigate that aspect of things. Instead, over on Reddit folks have been putting together guides for each of the division-specific showdowns. The latest comes from Reddit user DaeHoforlife for the AL West. This comes after conpollo27 put out good ones on the NL East and AL East.

The AL West should be especially helpful for those who want to track down two of the better Team Affinity players, Shohei Ohtani and Joey Gallo. If you can beat the Showdown twice, and then just put together a couple more points from there, you’ll be able to get at least one of those players.
