When does the cloud cfm season starting point get updated during the week? I thought it was Thursdays with the new roster update.
It's usually Thursdays, I wonder if it's delayed because of the issues they've had with cloud franchises.

Time to give the raiders some respect...who is in charge of the ratings? Seems like there is a bigtime lack of knowledge on EAs part. Sooo many players underrated and just as many overrated throughout the whole league.

The problem is they started from a point (preseason rosters) and rated based on last year mostly (plus hype for certain teams, like Cowboys and Browns), and have just adjusted from that starting point. And even then, only really adjusted big name players on mostly more popular teams. I get weekly updates are tough to cover, but this is nothing at all like their own XP system in CFM, where lower rated players with good development will get quick bumps in progression. There are so many players who are playing well this year and have not had a significant bump from last year's game.
Madden is really just a year to year rating system, fed by hype and sometimes questionable data/interpretations, with some minimum viable tweaks throughout the season to accommodate a feature (live rosters) but no real effort to capture the league as it is at the moment.
