On the New Heights podcast episode that aired on January 14, 2026, Winston opened up about his life away from football during the 2019 NFL season. He said he and his then-fiancée, now wife Breion Allen, made a deal to stay sex-free for the year.
“That was a contract year, it was one of the most up-and-down years off the field that I had in my life, too,” Winston said. “I had just asked my wife to marry me and I was doing this freakin’ celibacy thing … like literally refraining from sex, man.”
