Jalen Rose’s daughter, Mariah Rose, is not at all happy with the media interviewing LeBron James while he was “butt-naked.” The Lakers star was interviewed after his win over the Utah Jazz, where he was barely dressed.
James was certainly in a celebratory mood as he won his first game of the season against the Utah Jazz. He made his return after missing 14 games with the Lakers due to a sciatica injury. The King certainly showed out with the rest of his teammates, especially Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves.
Many members of the media wanted to know how he was feeling after the win. They rushed into the locker room to do an interview with him, where he had nothing except a towel on him. Mariah Rose, unfortunately, saw the interview and is apparently traumatized by that sight. She spoke on the viral interview and claimed she never wants to see that again.
“I wanted to come here and touch base with y’all, as a couple of hours ago, I stumbled on a video on social media of LeBron James being interviewed in his locker while butt-naked,” Mariah said. “He was covered in a towel, but just barely. I wanted to remind you all that I would rather gouge each of my eyes out with a fork and place them in boiling hot water and boil them like a seven-minute egg until the yolk was soft than see that sh*t.
She Claimed Interviewers Could’ve Waited Until LeBron Was Appropriately Dressed
LeBron James certainly was happy to be back in top form with the rest of the Lakers. After missing 14 games due to sciatica, the NBA legend performed amazingly against the Utah Jazz. The Lakers managed to score a 108-106 win in the end.
However, it seems that he may have gotten too excited to talk about his feelings. James decided to talk to the media when he had nothing more than a towel on. We saw the clip as well, and let us tell you that the towel wasn’t enough to cover everything.
Mariah Rose wasn’t happy with the circumstances of this interview. While she was mostly comedic with her take, we all agree with her stance that no question is too important to answer while you’re naked.
James Almost Exposed Himself In The Interview
LeBron James was too busy answering questions in the interview and almost made a huge mistake. The 4-time NBA Champion was covered with nothing but a towel, and at one point, it almost slipped down.
If that were to have happened, it would’ve caused a huge storm of news to come about. Many of his fans would’ve been traumatized by that sight. However, we’re glad James was able to get through that round of questioning without slipping up.
